All fees are in Euros (€). One Euro of your total registration fee is donated to the EAGE Green Fund.

The registration fee includes:

• participation in the Conference Programme

• conference bag with conference materials, access to the Extended abstracts

• Ice-Breaker & Conference Evening

Family members are invited to visit Ice-Breaker & Conference Evening.

Please note that the registration fee does not cover accommodation, visa and travel expenses.

The speakers whose abstracts have been accepted and included in the conference’s technical programme may request for preferential participation without paying the registration fee. You may send us such a request if you do not receive any financial support from your company or any other sources. Please send this request to progress@eage.ru before 20 June 2019. Please indicate your abstract number and explain why you think your registration fee should be waved. Conference committee will review your request during the Technical Programme meeting. Free participation is limited.

₁ Definition of membership status: Bronze: 2 years of EAGE membership in the most recent 2 years; Silver: 5 years of EAGE membership in the most recent 6 years; Gold: 10 years of EAGE membership in the most recent 12 years

₂ Green membership (first year EAGE members) status gives you a €50 discount (€25 for students) on the Non-Member fee

₃ To qualify for the reduced student registration fee:

Students must be enrolled in a full time study programme at a recognized university or institute.

The registration must be accompanied by a copy of a student ID card and/or official proof of enrollment.

Please note: Student non-members can not be older than 34 years of age (when registering).

₄ The non-member fee includes EAGE membership for 2020

₅ The retired members are 60 years of age or older, currently not employed and have been active EAGE members for at least ten years

Cancellation and Changes Policy

Registration fees will be refunded as follows:

• Cancellation received before 20 July 2019: Full refund (after the event) minus an administration fee of € 25 per person. Non-members please note: membership fee included in the conference fee will not be refunded; membership will remain active.
• Cancellation received on or after 20 July 2019: No refund will be made. For non-members, please note your included membership will remain active for the remainder of 2019.
• Transfer of your registration to another name will cost a € 35 administration fee , plus any differences in delegate types, where applicable (for instance when changing a registration from a member to a non-member).

Official visa invitation

Please bear in mind that citizens of the majority of foreign countries are required to obtain an entry visa to the Russian Federation. EAGE is not authorized to make the visa invitation to the Russian Federation, please refer to your hotel or send a request to authorized company.

We advise delegates who require a Visa to start their application process three months prior to the event as in specific cases the visa process may be lengthy (up to two months).

Liability Clause

EAGE cannot be held liable for non attendance due to visa issues or any other travel or legal obstructions. If an event or part of an event is cancelled, EAGE shall not be responsible for airfare, hotel or other costs incurred by the registrants. Speakers and programme agenda are subject to change. EAGE shall not be liable for damages, expenses, personal injury or loss except when caused by gross fault or negligence on the side of EAGE. EAGE's liability is expressly limited to the amount paid for this event by the participant to EAGE.
