Official Visa invitation

Please note, that citizens of foreing countries require obtaining Russian visa. 

Starting from October 1, 2019, nationals of 53 foreign States may be granted an e-visa to enter the Russian Federation through air, naval, automobile, and pedestrian checkpoints located in the territory of Saint Petersburg and the Leningrad region.

PLEASE NOTE: Entry and exit on an e-visa by means of rail transport is currently unavailable.

E-visa is free to obtain, and can be ordered at the Ministry of Foreing Affairs of the Russian Federation website.

Visa is valid for 30 days, starting from the day when you've recieved it, and provides the permission to stay in Saint Petersburg and the Leningrad region up to 8 days from the moment of arrival.

If you need the official invitation for obtaining visa - please contact your Hotel, where you plan to stay during the conference.

We kindly recommend the delegates, who require Russian visa to start visa receiving process 3 months in advance - in some cases the process can take up to 2 months.
