Booth package

All booths' interiors must be completed, including painting and sign writing, and must be open for inspection, clean and in good order, with surroundings free from obstruction and rubbish, and with exhibits in position. 

The booth must remain open with exhibits on display during opening hours. EAGE retains the right to dispose of an exhibitor’s stand space without further notification or formal notice of default if he has failed to comply in time with his obligation to pay the organizers.
