Carbon Dioxide Sequestration through Carbon Mineralization Using pH-Swing Treatment: A Case Study of Mae Tha Basalt

3:10 PM - 3:30 PM

Short Abstract

Biography

I, Kunlasatree Teerapong, earned my Bachelor’s degree in Mining and Petroleum Engineering from Chiang Mai University with first-class honors and am currently pursuing a Master’s degree in the same field. My research focuses on carbon mineralization in basaltic rocks, and this paper specifically highlights the use of pH-swing treatment to enhance CO₂ sequestration efficiency. Alongside this, I have developed expertise in petrography, specializing in the analysis of rock textures and mineral compositions to support geological studies. For further inquiries, I can be reached at kunlasatree_teera@cmu.ac.th.
