Dr Luciana De Luca
Phd Senior Geophysicist
SLB
Integrated Workflow for CO2 Storage Monitoring: from Reservoir Simulation to Gravity Modeling
3:50 PM - 4:10 PMBiography
Luciana De Luca holds a master’s degree in Geology and a PhD in Geophysics from the University of Palermo. She began her career as a researcher and later became a contract professor of Mining Geophysics at the same university.
In 2005, Luciana joined Schlumberger at the Milan Center as a geophysicist. She quickly became an expert in seismic depth imaging and potential field projects. Throughout her career, she has worked in various contexts within the oil and gas industry as well as new energy sectors. Luciana has utilized well-established techniques and workflows while also developing new methods to tackle increasingly complex challenges in frontier exploration.
Currently, Luciana serves as a potential field staff geophysicist at the Multiphysics SLB Milan Center.
