A Young Professionals panel bringing together SPE and EAGE perspectives to discuss how academia, industry, and professional societies can prepare the next generation of subsurface professionals for the energy transition. The session will focus on future skills, evolving career opportunities, education–industry alignment, and practical pathways for students and YPs into the changing energy workforce.
This session will be organised as a joint session with the SPE Young Professionals community.
