This session highlights proven school-outreach initiatives that have been successful in engaging students in geoscience projects. Organizations with hands-on experience will present practical programs, lessons learned, and ready-to-use resources developed through sustained engagement with schools and educators. The session is designed for industry participants who want to understand how they can actively contribute – through volunteering, funding, partnerships, and strategic support – to inspire students, strengthen pathways into geoscience careers, and help cultivate the next generation of experts and industry leaders.
