Current role is as Senior Exploration Geoscientist with Shell, focused primarily on basin scale play analysis, portfolio maturation and exploration well planning and execution. Over 15 years' experience working in basins along the northern margin of South American and the Caribbean.

Biography

Veshash Singh is a Production Geologist at Heritage Petroleum Company Limited with more than 13 years of experience in reservoir modelling, operations geology and subsurface interpretation. Since joining Heritage in 2020, he has integrated seismic, well and production data to develop geological models, support development drilling and identify opportunities within mature onshore fields. His previous roles include Geologist and Marketing Lead at Biostrat JV Limited and Geologist at Petrotrin. Veshash has served as a Director and Treasurer of the Geological Society of Trinidad and Tobago and actively mentors junior professionals. He holds bachelor’s degrees in Geology and Physics, a master’s degree in Environmental Science and Management, and an MBA. Outside geoscience, he is an accomplished competitive archer.
