Sharp Reflections Software uses multi-dimensional seismic data volumes to achieve unique speed and interactivity in analysing and interpreting (pre-stack) seismic data. In this Lunch and Learn (L&L), our experts Jorg Herwanger and Andy Bottrill will demonstrate two use cases of Sharp Reflections. First, using a 4D seismic dataset with several repeat surveys, you will experience the power of Sharp Reflections to interactively analyze injection and production processes in a producing oilfield. During a life demo, we will explore the 4D signal at well locations over production time and discover the role of faults on pressure communication and field production. The second part of the L&L gives you a behind-the-scenes look of pre-release functionality to interactively work with azimuthal gather data for irregular shaped surveys resulting from modern ocean-bottom node (OBN) seismic data. The new tools allow for optimization of memory usage and result in the creation of optimal stacked volumes for further interpretation.
