Biography

Khatereh Mohammadi received the bachelor’s degree in computer science from Herat University, Afghanistan, in 2017, the Leadership Diploma degree from the Institute for Leadership Development (ILD), Afghanistan, in 2022, and the master’s degree in data science and engineering from Hamad Bin Khalifa University, Qatar, in 2024. With a background in developing games and applications, she combines her technical skills with a commitment to driving positive change through technology. Additionally, she was a Lecturer for three years, further enriching her understanding and communication of technical concepts. Her research interests include machine learning, History Matching, and computer vision.

He has authored/co-authored several technical publications, including SPE papers.

Oscar Fraute is a Senior Reservoir Engineer with over 15 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, working for TotalEnergies. Throughout his career, he has worked in Venezuela, France, Nigeria, and currently Qatar, where he is part of the team overseeing non-operated oil assets. Oscar’s expertise encompasses reservoir management, production optimization, and reservoir simulation. He completed a Postgraduate Program in Data Science & Business Analytics at the University of Texas, USA, in 2022. Additionally, Oscar holds an MSc in Petroleum Engineering from Heriot-Watt University, UK, and a degree in Petroleum Engineering from UCV, Venezuela. In 2018, he was awarded the 1st Prize in the TOTAL E&P Best Innovators competition for his participation in the project “Ultra-Fast Capillary Pressure and Resistivity Index Measurements (UFPCRI) Combining Centrifugation, NMR Imaging, and Resistivity Profiling” (SCA2017-002)

I am a Senior Reservoir Engineer with over 18 years of experience. I have done my graduation and post graduation in Petroleum Engineering. I joined SLB in the Consulting division in 2011 and currently with the Schlumberger Digital & Integration (D&I) division Qatar. As Team lead and service delivery engineer, I have managed the portfolio of D&I reservoir and production engineering products in SLB. I have served in various integrated field development projects both as a technical and managerial lead as part of Schlumberger Consultancy. I have a rich and diverse experience in PVT modeling, SCAL Analysis, Well test interpretation, and Dynamic modelling in my sixteen years of industry experience so far.

He has worked in Operations, Field Development, Reservoir Studies and as Petrophysics Subject Matter Expert. He has published technical papers and presented at conferences in the Middle East and Europe, with more than 24 years’ combined experience in oil and gas.
