If you have to withdraw your presentation, please inform us as soon as possible. This can no longer be done via the online response form, only by email (abstracts@eage.org). The email needs to be sent by the owner / presenter.

If you withdraw your presentation, the related extended abstract will not be uploaded to EarthDoc or, when uploaded before your withdrawal, it will be removed from the database.

Kindly keep in mind that the deadline to withdraw your presentation is 1 November 2021.

Banned as speaker

If you withdraw your presentation after 1 November 2021 (23:59, CEST), you will be listed as no-show and you will be banned as a speaker at EAGE event until 3 years after the conference.

If you have to withdraw after the deadline, please send an email to abstracts@eage.org and include the reason you have to withdraw. Your explanation will be considered and may impact the banned speaker status.
