Welcome to the EAGE/DGG Workshop on Radioactive Waste Storage

Exploration, construction and operation of deep geological repositories for high-level radioactive waste are challenges for countries operating nuclear power plants. In this Workshop different approaches, innovative methods and method combinations for high resolution exploration to enable a reliable characterization of potential sites for safe deep geological repositories shall be discussed.
