Saudi Visa Information

IMPORTANT NOTE: All travelers (except citizens of GCC countries: Saudi Arabia, UAE, Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar & Oman) are required to obtain a visa prior to arrival in Saudi Arabia.

Before you can apply for a Saudi Visa, an official visa invitation letter is required. EAGE will assist all registered & paid attendees with issuing a visa invitation letter.

Please note that the visa invitation letter is NOT sufficient to enter Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, it is merely a requirement for the visa process. While EAGE will do its best to assist all registered & paid attendees with issuing the visa invitation letter, it is the responsibility of the workshop attendee to obtain the visa at their nearest Saudi Consulate/Embassy. EAGE will not be held responsible for any visa approvals or rejections, this is a process outside of EAGE control.
