On behalf of the European Association of Geoscientists and Engineers (EAGE), I invite you to take part in the 23rd scientific and practical conference on geological exploration and development of oil and gas fields "Geomodel 2021", which will be held on September 6-10 in Gelendzhik.
"Geomodel 2020" was held in a difficult environment, you and I became one of the first who could successfully meet in real and virtual space. Over the course of the year we have become more technically competent and we are not afraid of the opportunity to take part in conferences from our office or home.
The conference format allows you to choose the form of participation: you can come to the conference and participate in all events in person, or connect to the conference remotely. In any case, we look forward to your participation and hope that your speeches, questions and participation in discussions will influence the collective work of everyone who wants to improve the level of knowledge and achievements of Russian geophysics.
In our opinion, the Geomodel conference differs from other conferences in that it gives more opportunities for professional communication and growth to everyone, regardless of experience and direction of work. It is important for us that at our conference representatives of large and small enterprises, oil and service companies, representatives of production and research centers meet and work together. Having united for a short time into one team as delegates of the Geomodel conference, we will get an impetus to work and research for another year.
By inviting you to become conference delegates, we are confident that Geomodel will help you take a step in your professional development, help you understand other speakers and opponents. You will be able to convince everyone that your successes and achievements are the most significant and interesting, and that the direction of work deserves further research and investment.

The year 2020 introduced many issues that the world is still trying to answer: fighting the pandemic, reducing the consumption of hydrocarbons, developing and applying green technologies, improving forecast accuracy and reducing costs, organizing remote work, development of online technologies, construction of new effective communications, etc.
Now, in the year 2021, against this background, our industry, oil and gas geology, geophysics and development, is also trying to reform and find approaches to the implementation of old and new projects in the field of geological exploration and development, increase efficiency, set goals for the future, and make plans to achieve them.
One of the recognized and popular platforms for exchanging opinions and searching for solutions is the annual Geomodel conference. Geomodel attracts both Russian and foreign delegates.
Every year the participants in the Geomodel conference enjoy the ability to ask open questions and seek answers to them, to look to the future with pragmatic optimism.
