Visa Information

There are two (2) ways to apply for a visa to Malaysia:

Official Visa Invitation Letter

Invitation letters for visa purposes will be issued within 7 working days to those who have registered and paid.

The invitation letter request form must be completed during the registration process. Please contact us if you have any issues in this regard.

We take the protection of our members’ sensitive data seriously, which is why EAGE requires all members to re-enter their invitation letter request form during registration. Non-members can expect to receive their EAGE login details within 14 working days of registration. If you choose to pay via Bank Transfer, please allow for a validation period of 7-14 working days before we provide you with the invitation letter.

Please note that EAGE cannot guarantee the usability of an invitation letter. Please refer to the nearest consulate in your country of residence for specific visa requirements.

We advise delegates who require a visa to start their application process three months prior to the event as in specific cases the visa process may be lengthy (up to two months).
