Biography

Alina is a PhD candidate at the Centre for Exploration Geophysics, Curtin University, Western Australia. Her research focuses on monitoring and verification of geological carbon storage, with particular emphasis on seismic history matching, reservoir simulation, and time-lapse (4D) vertical seismic profiling (VSP) analysis.

Biography

Kunpeng is the Lead DAS Specialist at Viridien, his career has spanned various roles in subsurface characterisation and operation, including petrophysicist, well planning geologist, and geophysicist. Most recently, Kunpeng has specialized in subsurface imaging and monitoring using Distributed Acoustic Sensing, with extensive experience in DAS VSP and Surface DAS applications.

Prof. Tobias Müller, an internationally renowned geophysicist, former CSIRO Chief Scientist, and DFG Emmy Noether Fellow, received his PhD from Free University of Berlin (2001). Specializing in rock physics, porous media, and wave propagation, he has authored 154 SCI papers in top journals, amassing 5,792 citations.
