Accomodation
We have selected BDP as the official hotel booking office* for the the 80th EAGE Conference & Exhibition 2018 in Copenhagen. Guest passes - conditions
- Guest passes are complimentary and the unique code can be used only once to register one person after which changes, alterations or amendments are not possible.
- Guest passes cannot be used in combination with other (paid) registrations, discounts or any other right or benefit
- Guest passes do not represent any monetary value and cannot be used as a basis for reimbursements, refunds of any kind or be exchanged for cash or any other benefit
- EAGE reserves the right to alter the venue if necessary. If the event is cancelled or the registrant is not able to visit for any reason, including but not limited the ability to obtain visa - EAGE will not be responsible for airfare, hotel, or any other costs incurred by the registrant.
- By accepting these conditions, the registrant agrees to receive communications from EAGE on EAGE related topics.
- Registrants information shall be disclosed to the inviter (i.e. the company that originally received the Guest pass voucher from EAGE) and to any party who the registrant voluntarily allows to scan his/her badge during the visit to the Exhibition
- Besides the parties mentioned above, EAGE shall not sell or disclose registrants information to any other third party.
- EAGE cannot be held liable for any direct or consequential damage, loss or personal injury which may arise from visiting the Exhibition, the use, non-use, misuse and/or distribution of guest passes by EAGE, Exhibitors, customers or any other third party, other than arising from gross misconduct or negligence by EAGE staff or officers.
