About the programme
A one-day programme tailored for energy professionals under the age of 36 or with less than 10 years of working experience in oil and gas industry will take place pre-conference. The NexGen Explorers programme is expected to attract 30 emerging young leaders whom are exclusively nominated from diverse energy companies. This 1-day programme will offer an excellent opportunity for participants to network with seasoned professionals, learn about pressing challenges and opportunities in the industry, thus, obtaining guidance on how to make the most of their careers.
