We will combine technical presentations and discussions with a field trip to the Pâclele Mud Volcanos area, which will offer direct observation of active shale mobility while providing an excellent setting to encourage discussion and exchange among participants. The workshop aims to strengthen collaboration between academia and industry, and across different countries. It will help identify key outstanding problems and define directions for new studies and multidisciplinary analyses that can advance our understanding of mobile shales in both scientific and applied contexts.
We are pleased to welcome you and look forward to a productive and engaging workshop.
Sincerely,
