About FEL Programme

The Future Energy Leaders (FEL) Programme is designed for the next generation of leaders in the industry. The program will address necessary upskilling and reskilling needs in the industry for a sustainable Energy Transition. The program offers students and young professionals the opportunity to engage with industry leaders to exchange views, discuss trends and career development opportunities in small focused groups. The format will be in a roundtable setting with different topics and the expected size of the group is 50pax. Topics to be covered in the program include:

  • From Wells to Wind: Charting a Path for Career Change in Renewable Energy
