The Second EAGE Workshop on Machine Learning includes a truly hands-on Online Course.
The 4 day online course will show how one can apply Deep Learning to solve a number of tasks commonly performed in seismic processing and interpretation, such as first break picking and horizon detection. To make the workshop as practical as possible, participants will be provided with dedicated servers with GPU and the required software, including open-sourced tools.
The course will give participants high exposure to solving these challenges by utilizing anonymized datasets from real oil and gas fields.
