Take note of the timings for easy arrangement with your suppliers.

Submit all necessary approvals for your 'Space Only' stand construction to IFEMA.

Complete IFEMA's "Prevention of Labour Risk and Business Activity Coordination" Form here.
All who carry out work at IFEMA must complete the form "Prevention of Labour Risk and Business Activity Coordination" before 1 May 2022. If you have not done so, please submit the form by today.  SUBMIT FORM HERE

Collect 'EAGE Build-up & Breakdown Sticker'.
Exhibitors and contractors during build up and break down, the exhibition can only be accessed with a valid 'EAGE Build-up and Breakdown Sticker'. Find out more about where you can collect them in the information below.

Check if you need to do maintenance work during official exhibition opening days.

*Between 19:30 and 20:30hrs, IFEMA will begin the breakdown of the exhibition with the removal of the aisle carpets and safety cables on rigging points. During this time exhibitors & stand builders will not be allowed to occupy the aisles. The usage of forklifts, trolleys and loading bays will not be allowed until after 20:30hrs.

Build-up/Breakdown Sticker 

Strict security rules require that nobody is allowed into the exhibition hall without an appropriate EAGE badge. This applies also to exhibitors and contractors during build up and break down, the exhibition can only be accessed with a valid "EAGE build-up and breakdown sticker"

Where can I get the sticker?

You can collect your sticker from the Security on duty at the following locations:

  • Location 1: Main Entrance to Hall 9
  • Other Locations: All opened Hall 9 loading/unloading bay entrances

Exhibitors who wish to work on their booths after opening hours of the exhibition can do so until half an hour after closing time. If the work exceeds this time, there will be a surcharge per exhibitor. Preferably, maintenance should be carried out in the morning between 08:00 – 09:00 hrs. No work will be permitted during the opening hours of the exhibition.

Contractors Maintenance Pass

  • A valid "EAGE Contractors Maintenance Pass" is required for entry to the exhibition hall during maintenance hours. 
  • Stand builders/Contractors who need early access to the exhibition hall for maintenance purposes can collect their "EAGE Contractors Maintenance Pass" at the Helpdesk (Main Entrance) on: 
    • Saturday, 4 June, 14:00 - 17:00hrs; and 
    • Sunday, 5 June, 10:00 - 12:00hrs
  • Each stand builder/contractor company is entitled to a maximum of four (4) passes.  
  • No prior registration is needed for collection of your maintenance pass.
