The shipping and handling of your goods requires care and attention. EAGE Conferences BV has engaged Meritex International Ltd as our sole and exclusive freight forwarder and site handling agent:

For safety reasons, only forklift trucks of the officially appointed lifting contractor Meritex International Ltd will be allowed to work inside the exhibition hall.

Deliveries
Neither EAGE Conferences BV nor IFEMA can accept deliveries on an Exhibitor's behalf and deliveries should therefore be handled through the freight forwarder Meritex International Ltd. The exhibitor will be responsible for the orderly conduct of deliveries and removals, and the organisation of construction and dismantling in the exhibition hall, the loading and unloading area, as well as on the public highway. The delivery and removal of exhibition goods will have to be done through the indicated entries and exits of the exhibition hall alongside the loading and unloading area.
Access to Exhibition Hall 9 (Loading/Unloading)
The exhibition takes place at Hall 9. Please refer to the address and map overview plan for loading/unloading/parking here.
Please access the exhibition area via the following entrances:
- West Access through South Entrance or North Entrance.
