Badge Scanner

We offer you Lead Management in the form of a Badge Scanner; scan the code on the delegate badge when they visit your stand. You can capture contact details about the delegate, and ask them customized profile questions during their visit. 

Automated emails can be configured to send a 'thank you' email to the delegate, as well as an alert email to an assigned party within the exhibitor's company. You are able to use the Badge Scanner Mobile App to capture leads, collect answers for the custom profile questions, and view a list of all delegates who have visited your booth. The list of captured attendee information can also be viewed on the Exhibitor Portal, as well as exported for further sales efforts.

Cleaning

A basic booth cleaning service before the opening of the exhibition is included in the price of participation and will be provided automatically. 

Company Profile

All exhibitors have the opportunity to complete their company profile. All details will be immediately visible in the online exhibitors list, so do not wait too long and complete your company profile today.

Your completed company details (contact name, email and website) will be included in:

  • The online exhibitor list,
  • The event mobile app,
  • The Programme & Catalogue (excl. 100 word profile).

The deadline for completing and/or updating your company profile is 1 August 2021. After this date your changes will only be visible online.

How to complete your company profile

  1. Log in to: https://eage.eventsair.com/near-surface-geoscience-2020/exhibition-portal 
  2. Please refer to the Confirmation Email from EAGE on how to create your password. If you have any questions about that, please contact us at exhibition@eage.org;
  3. Once you are logged in, click on 'My Booking' to complete your profile, upload your logo and corporate brochures;
  4. Click on 'My Contact Details' to change these details if needed. 

Field Demonstrations

Near Surface Geoscience 2021 offers companies and institutes the opportunity to demonstrate their products and services to a focused audience through the field demonstration programme.

Waste Collection

Exhibitors are responsible for arranging the disposal of their waste during build up, break down and during the opening hours of the exhibition. This includes plastic that needs cutting away after build up. 

Any refuse left after build up will be charged to the exhibitor.
