Abstract Submission

Submit your abstract by 7 August 2020

Contributors are welcome to submit an abstract of 2-4 pages in length. Submission for posters & oral presentations is welcome on all topics. Master or PhD Students and Academia professionals are invited to submit abstracts. 

Abstracts should be submitted via the EAGE website using the downloadable template, download it here

The deadline for abstract submission is 7 August 2020. 

Requirements for authors:

● 2 – 4 full pages, A4 sized, A4 size

●The use of the mandatory template

● Header, footer or font size not changed

● Excluding the title in the 4 pages of the extended abstract

● Excluding the summary in the pages of the extended abstract

● Font ‘Times New Roman 11pts’

● Single line space used with standard Word outline level (body text)

● Body text of your extended abstract started directly under the event logo

● No additional empty lines to fill up the page

● Margins 2.54 cm on all sides (1”)

● Minimum of 1 graphic/figure

● References.
