Important information about presentation requirements!

Please take a note that only those presentations, which suit the following requirements will be allowed to participate in the conference:

1. Presentation content should be argeed by your session moderator.

2. Presentation should correspond to the template design. Please note, that the presentation resolution differs from session to session according to the display in the conference halls. We kindly ask you to adhere the presentation requirements, which are described in the templates below:

3. The final version of the presentation, which is agreed by the Session Chair should be directed to the Session Chair before 10.10.2019 in .ppt format (editable vesion!!!)

4. No changes after this point are allowed. Only the presentations that were sent before 10.10.2019 will be presented at the conference. In case the presentation was not send to the Session Chair before the deadline - the presentation would be excluded from the conference programme.

5. While sending the presentation to the Session Chair  the author need to send confirmation in free written form that you allow the use and demonstration of the presentation during the ProGREss'19 conference (in the conference halls, mobile application, during sessions and on displays) and after the conference (in the conference report and digital archive).

The Preliminary Technical Programme is available on the eage.org  website, in the Technical Programme tab.

Please note, that the Final version of the Technical Programme may differ from the Preliminary Programme - the most up-to-date version is always available on the eage.org.
