Submit your presentation
Confirm yourself or a co-author as presenter via the online form by 8 November 2021 (23:59 CET). 

Promo Kit
Promote your presentation(s) with the email signatures or banners in the promo kit. For download options, click here.

Register for the conference
Speakers must be registered for the conference. Select your registration type and register now!


Video Release and Consent Form
We need all presenters to sign the consent form. Click here to access the form (login required).


Presentation templates

Presentation will be given by speakers live during the assigned session slot. Your video will be used as a back-up, for example if you have connectivity issues and cannot share your screen. Submit your presentation slides by 8 November 2021. To download the mandatory presentation templates or for tips on the objective and structure of your presentation, please read the Guidelines for Presenters.

Accepted alternate presentations

Accepted alternate presentations do not have a fixed time slot, but otherwise are treated the same as accepted presentations. The list of important steps as described above, also applies to them.

Proceedings on EarthDoc

The proceedings of the conference will be uploaded to EarthDoc as soon as possible. Please keep in mind that if you withdraw your presentation, it will also be removed from EarthDoc.

Two weeks prior to the start of the event the final proceedings will be uploaded.


Cancel or withdraw your presentation

The deadline to withdraw your presentation has passed. If you still need to withdraw your presentation, please keep in mind that you will be considered as a no-show.

N.B.

EAGE reserves the right at all times to make changes in the time schedule, dates, format (hybrid-in person – online), concept of the event.

If, due to circumstances beyond the reasonable control of EAGE the execution of the Event as planned is prevented or impeded, or when the minimum number of Participants needed to operate the Event (or part of the event) is not reached, EAGE has the following rights:

a.) to change the time and /or date of the Event;

b.) to change the venue where the Event takes place;

c.) to change the Format (on-site, on-line or a combination of both) or part of the format, the length, the duration or scope of the event
