The agenda will be displayed by day and time. Click on "View" button on any session to view brief info at the side panel. To join a session, click the "Join" button which will lead you to the online session. A timer will be displayed at the top side panel to countdown to the next session.
Attendees may request technical content or other support throughout the event on Live Support. Our technical team will be on standby for the duration of the event.
This session is a great networking opportunity for all attendees to connect in between session. The networking rooms will be assigned 4 attendees at a time for a short duration of 5 mins. Please ensure your camera and microphone settings are enabled to meet your fellow attendees. Please note that this virtual networking session is not obligatory but is highly suggested for an all-rounded event experience.
3. Please raise any question you may have at the Q&A portal (chat option alongside the presentation display)
- Discussion Forum - This is a chat feature for all attendees to discuss the ongoing session. Please feel free to connect and share with all attendees present.
- Please note that this is NOT the Q&A portal for addressing any questions to the presenters.
- All the questions will be collated and moderated to the speakers at the end of each presentation
You may meet and connect with attendees at any given time during the events days via Meeting Hub.
1. All attendees can access the meeting hub to connect and network with other attendees. This feature enables attendees to share contact details, request meetings and hold chats and instant meetings as needed.
2. Click on another attendee and send an invite to connect with them.
3. Once you’re connected, you can engage in live chat, calls, schedule meetings, send messages and make notes.
4. The contact details and your notes can be exported via the Export Tool next to your Profile button at the top right.
5. Please ensure your camera and microphone settings are enabled for any scheduled calls and meetings.
