Confirm Presenter Name
Confirm yourself or a co-author as presenter via the online form by 5 August '22 (CEST). Follow this link for details.
VISA
Please note that you should start applying for your visa as soon as you have received this email. Check the registration page for information on how to request an official invitation.
Prepare your Video (Poster Presentations Only)
Please record a presentation video for e-poster presentations. Important details are mentioned presentation video (e-posters) page.
Register for the Conference
Speakers must be registered for the conference. Confirm the presenter's name, select the registration type and register now!
Promo Kit
Promote your presentation(s) with the email signatures or banners in the promo kit.

Video Release and Consent Form
We need your consent for the presentation video (if applicable) and for the session recordings. Click here to access the form (login required).

Proceedings on EarthDoc
Proceedings on EarthDoc
The proceedings of the conference will be uploaded to EarthDoc as soon as possible. Please keep in mind that if you withdraw your presentation, it will not be uploaded or removed from EarthDoc.
After the event the uploaded proceedings will be checked and no-shows or withdrawn presentations will be removed from EarthDoc.
Cancellation / Withdrawal Policy
The deadline to withdraw your presentation without consequences is 5 August 2022, 23:59 (CEST).
Kindly note that if you withdraw your presentation after 5 August 2022 (23:59, CEST), you risk being listed as no-show and banned as a speaker at EAGE event until 3 years after the conference.

No-Show
Cancellations or withdrawals of presentations after 5 August 2022 are considered as a no-show and you risk being banned as a speaker from presenting at EAGE events for the next 3 years.
If you withdraw after the deadline, please submit the online response form and add a remark on the reason you have to withdraw. These remarks will be considered when the decision is made about the no-show status.
N.B.
EAGE reserves the right at all times to make changes in the time schedule, dates, format (hybrid-in person – online), concept of the event.
If, due to circumstances beyond the reasonable control of EAGE the execution of the Event as planned is prevented or impeded, or when the minimum number of Participants needed to operate the Event (or part of the event) is not reached, EAGE has the following rights:
a.) to change the time and /or date of the Event;
b.) to change the venue where the Event takes place;
c.) to change the Format (on-site, on-line or a combination of both) or part of the format, the length, the duration or scope of the event
