We are excited to share the Exhibition Booth Layout for the EAGE/FESM Conference, Petrophysics Meets Geoscience. We encourage all exhibitors to review the booth layout details to plan your participation effectively.

1. Dimension of the booth is 3.0m width, 3.0m depth and 2.5m height.
2. When there is neighbouring booth, it will be constructed with wall panel at the rear and the side.
3. Please be aware that black Velcro, blue-tac, coloured-tac, as well as gaffer tape, damage the white panels and are not to be used. Any damage caused to panel the hired equipment will be at the expense of the exhibiting company.
4. The standard booth is inclusive of the following items:

• 1 units of Fascia with Company Name (Complete “Form 1” for preferred company name)
• 1 units of Information Table
• 2 units of Folding Chairs
• 1 unit of Wastepaper Basket
• 2 units of LED 4ft Fluorescent Tubes
• 1 units of Power point socket (13 Amp)
• Partition wall as per exhibition layout plan
• Using existing hall carpet
