Strict security rules require that nobody is allowed into the exhibition hall without a valid registration/badge: both during Build up / Break down as well as during show days. This applies also to exhibitors and contractors.

 Complete IFEMA's "Prevention of Labour Risk and Business Activity Coordination" Form

All who carry out work at IFEMA must complete the form "Prevention of Labour Risk and Business Activity Coordination" before 1 May 2022. If you have not done so, please submit the form by today.

 Collect EAGE Build-up & Breakdown Sticker

Strict security rules require that nobody is allowed into the exhibition hall without an appropriate EAGE badge. This applies also to exhibitors and contractors during build up and break down, the exhibition can only be accessed with a valid "EAGE build-up and breakdown sticker". 

Where can I get the sticker?

You can collect your sticker from the Security on duty at the following locations:

  • Location 1: Main Entrance to Hall 9
  • Other Locations: All opened Hall 9 loading/unloading bay entrances

Show day badges

Strict security rules require that nobody is allowed into the exhibition hall without a valid EAGE badge. This applies also to exhibitors and contractors. The different registration options are listed below:

Voucher Registration

Included in the booked square meters are registrations; choose between Exhibition Only and Full Delegate. 


Purchased Registration

If you have used all vouchers and wish to register more people, you can do so through the Voucher Portal or the regular registration channel. 

Guest Passes

Exhibitor receive Guest Passes to invite clients, support staff and special guests to the 83rd EAGE Annual Exhibition 2022.


Voucher Registration

Exhibitors will receive complimentary vouchers for registration included in the booth space. Please note that all exhibitors MUST register. 

Exhibitors will receive 2 vouchers for every full 9 square meter of exhibition space, that can be used to register someone as:

  • Exhibition Only Delegate: costs 1 voucher
  • Conference & Exhibition Delegate: costs 2 vouchers

Please keep the deadline of 25 May 2022 in mind. 

All exhibitors receive an email with the subject "EAGE Annual 22: Voucher Registration is open" which includes more information, such as a link to the Voucher Registration portal and your unique code that is needed to use the Voucher Registration.

Purchase Registration

If you have used all your vouchers you can register through the regular registration. An overview of the different delegate types can be found here.

Guest Passes

Each main exhibitor will receive Guest Passes to invite clients, support staff and special guests to the 83rd EAGE Annual Exhibition 2022.

This year’s exhibition in Madrid offers your guests the chance to:

The Guest Pass registration is now open.

An email including your code, link to the registration website and digital invitation for your guests will be sent to you.  

Your guests will have to register themselves online by using a unique code.

Early Exhibition Entrance

When you register by using your vouchers, you will receive Early Entrance to have access to the exhibition hall 1 hour before official opening.

Each main exhibiting company is entitled to 4 early entrance accesses for its first 9 square meter. Per every full extra 9 square meters you can receive one more person for the early entrance.
