Proceedings on EarthDoc

The proceedings of the conference will be uploaded to EarthDoc as soon as possible. To be included in this early upload, confirm the name of the presenter by 7 May 2021 GMT-5 at the latest to laz@eage.org.

Two weeks prior to the start of the event the final proceedings will be uploaded.

Please keep in mind that only presented accepted papers will be available on EarthDoc.

Cancel or withdraw your presentation

If you have to withdraw your presentation, please do so by 27 July 2021 (GMT-5) to laz@eage.org to prevent being marked as a no-show.

If you have to withdraw after the deadline, kindly include a brief remark on the reason you have to withdraw your presentation. Your remark will be considered when the decision about the no-show status is made.

Please keep in mind that this can only be done by the presenter / submitter.

If you withdraw your presentation, the related extended abstract will not be uploaded to EarthDoc or, when uploaded before your withdrawal, it will be removed from the database.

No-show

Please keep in mind that cancellations of presentations after 27 July 2021 (GMT-5) are considered as a no-show and you risk being banned as a speaker from presenting at EAGE events for the next 3 years.
