The objective is to create an open dialogue on the future of EOR in Latin America, current projects, key challenges, lessons learned, and opportunities for broader implementation of enhanced recovery technologies across the region. 

One of the key objectives of this panel is to broaden the discussion within the EOR community. While previous editions of the workshop have featured valuable contributions from countries such as Argentina, Colombia, and North America, we have had fewer opportunities to hear directly about the EOR developments taking place in Brazil, Trinidad & Tobago, Mexico, and Venezuela. 

This panel will provide a unique opportunity to share experiences, discuss progress achieved over the past several years, and increase the visibility of the important work being carried out across the region, while strengthening the exchange of knowledge among operators and the broader EOR community. At present, we expect the participation of

Most of the invited panelists are senior Reservoir Engineers within their respective organizations. Each of them brings more than 20 years of experience in EOR development and implementation, spanning a wide range of applications including polymer flooding, steam injection, thermal recovery, and other enhanced recovery technologies. 

Their combined experience will provide a unique opportunity to discuss not only technical challenges, but also the strategic and organizational aspects of successfully deploying EOR projects across different operating environments.
