- Confirm the name of the presenter:
- Notify us of a replacement presenter (to process this change completely, the replacement presenter must have an EAGE account or create one);
- Withdraw your presentation.Please note that you can only withdraw your presentation via the form!

Upload oral presentations
Please note that you must upload your oral presentation in the morning, before the start of the first session of that day. Uploading must be done in the room your presentation is scheduled in.

Cancellation information
Withdrawal of accepted presentations before 15 July 2019: your presentation will not be included in the Programme & Catalogue (P&C) and the related extended abstract will not be uploaded to EarthDoc.
Withdrawal of abstracts/presentations after 15 July 2019: your presentation may not be removed from the P&C as that may have already been taken into production by then. The related extended abstract will not be uploaded to EarthDoc or will be removed if already uploaded.
Only extended abstracts that have been presented will be (remain) available on EarthDoc. If the presentation has not been given, the related extended abstract will be removed, before or after the event. Therefore, both withdrawn presentations and ‘no-shows’ will be removed!
Please keep in mind that cancellations of presentations after 15 July 2019 are considered as a no-show and you risk being disqualified from presenting at all EAGE events for the next 3 years.
Note: EAGE cannot be held liable for any loss, damage, direct, indirect or consequential damage as a result of withdrawal, removal or non-removal of the abstract in any way.

Do not rearrange the timing or sequence of the presentations. Many delegates plan the presentations they wish to attend prior to the event and schedule it in the event app. Changing the timing or sequence of presentations will lead to unwanted disappointments.
