Instruction Guide for Virtual Exhibitors
The Virtual Exhibition Gallery is incorporated into the EAGE Digital "Virtual Event Portal".
As a virtual exhibitor, you have the option of customising your virtual booth with:
- Company description;
- Company logo;
- Brochures (pdf);
- Videos (URL required for upload);
- Website links.
An email has been sent to you with information on how to access the Virtual Exhibition Portal.
The deadline for completing your virtual exhibition profile is the 30th of November.
While visiting the Virtual Exhibition Gallery, the attendees will be able to video chat with your company representatives during the virtual exhibition hours. By default, all contacts from your company registered for the conference & exhibition will be linked to the virtual booth.
Virtual Exhibition hours:
- Tuesday, 1 December 12:00 - 17:00 CET
- Wednesday, 2 December 12:00 - 17:00 CET
- Thursday, 3 December 12:00 - 17:00 CET
