Transportation Schedule inside KAUST:
Please be aware that personal vehicles are not permitted to enter the campus. Drop-off location for personal vehicles will be at the visitor center.

There will be shuttle buses provided every 10 minutes during your stay from the visitor center to Alkhozama Hotel and the conference center for the following dates:
- Sept 15 from 8 AM to 8 PM
Bus (B16—> Al Khozama hotel —> Al Marsa) - from (6 PM to 10 PM)
- Sept 16 from 8 AM to 8 PM
Bus (Gate pass —> Al Khozama hotel —> B19) - from (8 AM to 8 PM)
- Sept 17 from 8 AM to 10 PM - (Al Marsa restaurant will be from 5 PM)
Bus (Gate pass —> Al Khozama hotel —> B19 —> Al Marsa) - from every 10 mins.
- Sept 18 from 8 AM to 8 PM
Bus (Gate pass —> Al Khozama hotel —> B19) - from (8 AM to 8 PM) every 10 mins.

Below is the Taxi Agency authorized by KAUST for you to arrange your transportation:If you have used the shared taxi agency (below details), your taxi will pick you up from the hotel directly. If you need alternative transportation from the hotel to the gate, kindly inform us in advance so we can arrange it for you.
