To join our workshop, please register and you will receive a personalised auto-login link* to access the portal.
1. Upon clicking on the auto-login link, you will enter our virtual lobby. This platform is browser based and does not require any software downloads.
2. Please allow access to your device's camera and microphone for optimal use of the online platform.
*You may need to grant access at the System Preferences menu or Settings menu on your device. Camera and microphone access setting can be found under Privacy tab.
3. Ensure to have a good Internet connection. A good Internet speed will be at or above 5 Mbps. A wired connection is suggested if possible for a more stable connection. Please ensure to close any other programs and browsers tabs.

Here are some brief guidelines for navigating the portal:
My Settings
This section allows all attendees to update their profile, photo, time zone and privacy settings. Attendees may also rewatch the welcome video or edit their Meeting Hub profile here. Please ensure to optimise your profile setting for better networking.
Virtual Lobby
The agenda will be displayed by day and time. Click on "View" button on any session to view brief info at the side panel. To join a session, click the "Join" button which will lead you to the online session. A timer will be displayed at the top side panel to countdown to the next session.
Live Support
Attendees may request technical content or other support throughout the event on Live Support. Our technical team will be on standby for the duration of the event.
Virtual Networking
This session is a great networking opportunity for all attendees to connect in between session. The networking rooms will be assigned 4 attendees at a time for a short duration of 5 mins. Please ensure your camera and microphone settings are enabled to meet your fellow attendees. Please note that this virtual networking session is not obligatory but is highly suggested for an all-rounded event experience.
During Session
1. You may view Session Information at the side panel.
2. You may discuss the current ongoing session with fellow attendees at Discussion Forum.
Between Sessions
1. You may meet and connect with attendees at any given time during the events days via Meeting Hub.
Click on another attendee and send an invite to connect with them.
Once you’re connected, you can engage in live chat, calls, schedule meetings, send messages and make notes.
The contact details and your notes can be exported via the Export Tool next to your Profile button at the top right.
Please ensure your camera and microphone settings are enabled for any scheduled calls and meetings.
Joining Poster Session
1. Delegates are encouraged to join poster sessions during the dedicated slot.
2. Upon clicking join, you will be placed under Virtual Queue. Once the presenter clicks Accept, you may now join the presentation and ask your questions to the presenter should you have any.
3. You may join the other presentations during the time slot by leaving the current presentation. You are allowed to enter and join one presentation at one time. Feel free to enter each Virtual Room for Poster Presentations during the dedicated slot.
