We are glad to have you presenting and sharing your knowledge at Near Surface Geoscience Conference 2020, now for the first time fully online! We hope this virtual experience will help broaden the learning opportunities in the field and offer a platform where the Near-Surface community can meet, exchange ideas and share knowledge.

We have prepared this presenter promo template for you that can be used for the promotion of your online presentation prior to the conference. The template is very easy to use:

Add your presentation title, your name & affiliation (please refrain from adding any logos)
Save/export the file in jpg/png or other suitable image format

Technical Programme

The (draft) Technical Programme schedule is already published and you can check it online here.

All pre-recorded videos are available in the online platform for all registered delegates to watch at their own time.

NOTE: The number next to the eye icon on the top right corner of the video/session thumbnail indicates the number of people watching live this video or session at that time.

During the online conference, on 7 - 8 December, there will be scheduled oral & poster sessions.

Oral sessions will feature brief highlight talks by the presenters in that session and live Q&A with the participants.

Poster sessions will start with a compilation of pre-recorded summary videos of the papers in the session, followed by a live Q&A with all presenters of the session.

The Q&A part in both oral and poster sessions will be moderated by the session chairs.

Note: All Presenters have to be registered for the conference and attend the full session in which they are presenting.

All abstracts will be available in EarthDoc after the conference.

Video Consent and Release Form

An email was sent to all presenters, asking to read and accept a Video Consent Form for their submitted video(s), prior to the start of the conference.

After accepting, you will receive a copy of the form via email. Here you can see an example of the consent form.

Please note that we cannot make your video available to registered delegates if we do not have your accepted Video Consent Form received prior to the start of the conference and thus we will have to remove your presentation from the Technical Programme of NSG2020 Online Conference.
