Venezuela holds one of the largest hydrocarbon resource bases in the world and, in recent years, has re-emerged as a market of growing interest within the regional energy landscape. Evolving regulatory dynamics, renewed industry activity, and technological advancements are shaping a new phase for the country’s upstream sector.
To examine the current state and future outlook of hydrocarbon exploration and production opportunities in Venezuela, this session will highlight the country's resource potential, ongoing industry activities, technological developments, and the technical and operational factors shaping the sector.
