Subsurface Professional with 20 years’ experience working across multiple international assets including Australia, North Sea (UK), Brazil and Trinidad and Tobago. Roles have included opportunity management & technical management spanning across exploration and development. Main areas of expertise include exploration/ development well delivery, integrated reservoir modelling, field development planning, and unconventional geology. A strong focus on leadership, technical capability building towards achieving optimum results and collaboration with multi-disciplinary, diverse, global teams. Adriana Solà is the Regional Manager for Multi Client Business Development in the Americas at Shearwater GeoServices, where she leads commercial strategy, regulatory engagement, and the development of major multi client seismic programs across the region. With more than 20 years of international experience in geophysics, she has worked extensively throughout Asia, Europe, and Africa. Adriana holds a BSc in Geology from the University of Barcelona (Spain) and advanced master’s degrees in Geosciences and Materials Science from the University of Paul Sabatier in Toulouse, France.
