Adriana Solà is the Regional Manager for Multi Client Business Development in the Americas at Shearwater GeoServices, where she leads commercial strategy, regulatory engagement, and the development of major multi client seismic programs across the region. With more than 20 years of international experience in geophysics, she has worked extensively throughout Asia, Europe, and Africa. Adriana holds a BSc in Geology from the University of Barcelona (Spain) and advanced master’s degrees in Geosciences and Materials Science from the University of Paul Sabatier in Toulouse, France.

Lyanne Perez is the Geoscience Manager for ExxonMobil Guyana, based in Georgetown. With nearly 15 years of experience at ExxonMobil, she has held diverse roles across Exploration, Planning, Commercial, and Development. Prior to assuming her current role in April 2025, Lyanne spent two years supporting the Guyana business from a Commercial perspective, contributing to strategic development of the prolific Stabroek block, including negotiation and execution of various agreements with the Government and Co-venturers. Her multidisciplinary background brings a unique blend of technical insight and commercial acumen to her leadership in geoscience.
