Ra'ed is a Senior Advisor at QatarEnergy, he is currently leading strategic growth project, in addition to providing domain expertise in digital transformation and talent management.Before joining QatarEnergy, Ra'ed worked for 22 years at Shell, where he held various roles across the Netherlands, Norway, Oman, and the UK. His last position at Shell was the Principal Technical Expert and lead for Integrated Reservoir Modelling, where he advanced reservoir modelling standards and practices.Ra'ed holds a Ph.D. from Newcastle upon Tyne, UK, and Executive MBA from the Rotterdam School of Management, Netherlands, focusing on strategy and digital transformation.

Haytham has more than 22 years of experience in the Energy Industry, where he held numerous technical and leadership positions. He worked for major Energy companies such as Ras Gas Company, Dolphin Energy and Qatar gas Company working on the largest single non-associated gas field in the World, the North Field. In January 2021, Haytham Abdulaziz Al-Meer appointed as Chief Subsurface Officer (CSO) of QatarEnergy LNG. As CSO, Haytham ensures a sustainable production growth and maximization of value from the North Field by managing all aspects of hydrocarbon production (i.e.,Well Construction, Well Management, Reservoir Management, production Optimization, etc.) to ensure sustainable growing production and maximize the value from the North Field for the benefits of the State of Qatar and Shareholders. Furthermore, he manages the development planning activities associated with the North Field Production Sustainability and the North Field Expansion Projects. Haytham holds a B.Sc. in Petroleum and Natural Gas Engineering from New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology, USA. Mr. Al-Meer serves as a member of board of director of Qatar Steel Company.

Jackie brings over 25 years of industry experience in front-end delivery across a wide range of environments, from exploration to development and brownfield optimization. She has executed projects both onshore and offshore, covering various developments including primary depletion, Improved Oil Recovery (IOR), and Enhanced Oil Recovery (EOR) in multiple locations.Throughout her career, she has worked in Libya, Syria, Qatar, Oman, the UK, and the Netherlands. Jackie is now back in Doha, serving as the GM Development and Subsurface Manager for Qatar Shell and the Global Discipline Lead for Petrophysics and Geomechanics. She focuses on end-to-end integration and value delivery across the full project life cycle.

With an exceptional background in geosciences and reservoir management, Christophe Soyeur is a key leader at TotalEnergies EP Qatar. In his current role, he oversees vital assets such as the Al Shaheen and Al Khalij fields, as well as the North Field non-operated assets. Guillaume Dupuis is a distinguished professional in chemical enhanced oil recovery (EOR) technologies, with extensive expertise in polymer flooding, water shut-off, conformance control and sand control with 18 years of experience. He joined SNF Floerger in 2016 as the Project Manager for the Oil & Gas Application Laboratory, where he led innovative polymer EOR studies, provided technical support, and managed laboratory operations.Since January 2024, Guillaume has taken on the role of EOR/IOR Business Development Manager at SNF, where he focuses on expanding SNF’s influence in the EOR/IOR market. In addition to his business development responsibilities, Guillaume also supervises SNF's Reservoir Simulation Team, ensuring the alignment of simulation efforts with practical applications to optimize recovery processes.Earlier in his career, Guillaume served as Product and R&D Manager at Poweltec, specializing in solutions for water and sand control in hydrocarbon wells. He began his journey at IFP Energies Nouvelles, where his PhD research centered on advanced hydrocarbon recovery processes.Guillaume holds a degree in Chemistry from the University of Pau and Pays de l'Adour. With a strong foundation in polymer science, rheology, and physico-chemical material analysis, Guillaume continues to drive innovation and sustainable solutions in the oil and gas industry, bridging technical expertise with strategic business development.
