The workshop will be held fully online in our virtual portal. This portal will be open to all presenters and registered attendees one day before the event. Please read the information below carefully!
We will make all video presentations available one week prior to the workshop (from 15 October) to all registered participants to view only, and these will be removed after the workshop. The videos will be available on a separate platform from the workshop online portal and a link to access these videos will be shared only with registered delegates. In total there are 15 oral presentation videos (each approx. 15 min. long) to be viewed prior to the workshop.1.1 LOG IN TO ONLINE PORTAL
To log in to the online portal to see the workshop timeline, you will need to use your email address (username) and Pin code. These details will be provided to all registered participants one day prior to the start of the workshop.1.2 REFRESH BROWSER

Important To Do:
Each presenter will give a 10 min. highlight talk about their presentation, followed by 5 min. Q&A.
Questions can be submitted in the Live Q&A window (the " " bubble), and the session chair will put them through to the presenter to answer. Attendees are muted during the sessions but can submit questions in writing and virtually raise their hand during Q&A, if the presenter has remaining time for additional questions.
