Abstract Submission Topics
The workshop will bring together geoscientists, engineers and industry professionals to discuss applied technologies and integrated approaches in offshore exploration, fields development & production.
We welcome abstract submissions for the following topics:
1. Innovations in Seismic Acquisition & Processing
- Explore state-of-the-art techniques in seismic data acquisition & processing including autonomous acquisition systems such as autonomous underwater vehicles (AUVs) and ocean-bottom nodes (OBNs). Advanced Seismic Processing workflows to enhance and improve seismic resolution and imaging.
2. Geological & Geophysical Reservoir Characterization
- Focuses on integrated subsurface analysis and reservoir evaluation techniques. Emphasize on the integration of data, including seismic, well log, and production data, to reduce uncertainty and develop more accurate reservoir models.
3. Well Drilling and Design
- Examine recent advances in offshore drilling, well integrity and real-time data integration techniques utilizing IoT and advanced data analytics to monitor and enhance drilling performance and safety.
4. Optimize Seismic-Driven Reservoir Simulation
- Discuss the integration of seismic data with reservoir engineering for better history matching, forecasting, and uncertainty quantification. Topics include time-lapse (4D) seismic surveys, geo-mechanical modelling, and production forecasting to maximise recovery.
5. Leverage Digitalization & AI for Automation
- Investigate the role of artificial intelligence, cloud computing, and digital twins in streamlining seismic-to-simulation workflows and driving operational efficiency.
