Family Members' Programme
We welcome family members of our delegates to join us in London. All registered family members have access to the social programme which includes the icebreaker reception and the conference evening. In addition, registered family members have access to the exhibition and the family members’ tour on Tuesday 4 June (which is included in the fee).
Family Members’ Tour
Tuesday 4 June
This tour, for registered family members, gives participants the opportunity to meet and become acquainted with others in beautiful surroundings.
A visit to the largest and occupied castle in the world. Visit Windsor Castle and take a tour through the State Apartments, including lunch at Browns Restaurant followed by some free time at Windsor.Time: 09:30 - 17:00
Meeting point: at ExCeL inside the EAGE Community Hub #1400, by the ‘Meeting point’ beach flag.
Children
Children under the age of 16 can participate in the family and social programme under the supervision of an adult. EAGE is not responsible for the supervision of children and cannot accept any liability. For assistance with arranging childcare during the conference or other events, please contact the EAGE events team or your hotel.
Pets
Pets are not allowed at the family members activities and touristic tours.
