Ramadan at EAGE's 81st Conference and Exhibition

The EAGE 81st Conference and Exhibition 2019 in London will coincide with the final days of the Islamic holy month of Ramadan (June 3 - 6). EAGE is an international organisation and we endeavour to facilitate our members in the celebration and practice of their various faiths. Regretfully, we cannot always guarantee that our events will not overlap with religious ceremonies or events. On the occasion of the EAGE Annual 2019 other decisive factors, such as the availability of an appropriate venue and our commitment to host the event within a specific timeframe, has led to this overlap.

In order to accommodate our members of the Muslim faith during the Annual 2019, EAGE has arranged for Faith Rooms for both men and women to be made available onsite at ExCel London during the event. In due time, we shall also be providing a list of establishments in London that can allow visitors access to the Iftar meal in the evening.

The Prayer Room at ExCeL London is located between Exhibition Entrance S8 and S9 in the boulevard (see floor plan here). 

At EAGE we will aspire to help participants in the Annual 2019 in any possible way, and will be happy to address any remaining concerns.
