Apply for Your Visa
New Zealand Electronic Travel Authority (NZeTA)
If you are travelling from a visa-waiver country, you do not need a traditional visa — but you are required to obtain an NZeTA before departure. You can apply via:

- The Immigration New Zealand website — NZD 23
Please note that an International Visitor Conservation and Tourism Levy (IVL) of NZD 100 is payable at the time of application for most visitors.

Visitor Visa
If you are not from a visa-waiver country, you will need to apply for a Visitor Visa before travelling. Processing times may take up to 20–25 business days, so please plan accordingly.
Australian Citizens
Australian citizens are exempt from both the NZeTA and the IVL and do not require any prior travel authorisation.

If you require a visa invitation letter, please tick the "Require Visa Invitation Letter" checkbox when completing your registration, and the letter will be automatically generated for you.
