Video Release and Consent form
We need your consent for the video presentation(s). You will receive the video release and consent form via email soon.
All presenters should read and accept the Video Release and Consent Form for their submitted video(s), prior to the start of the conference. The deadline to submit the form is 16 January 2022.

All proceedings of the conference are available in EarthDoc. Only accepted and presented papers will remain available on EarthDoc after the conference.
If you have to withdraw your presentation, please inform us as soon as possible. To do so, you need to submit the Presenter Confirmation Form (login required). Please keep in mind that this can only be done by the presenter / submitter of the abstract.
If you withdraw your presentation, the related extended abstract will not be uploaded to EarthDoc or, when uploaded before your withdrawal, it will be removed from the database.
Kindly keep in mind that the deadline to withdraw your presentation is 31 December 2021 (CET).
Please keep in mind that cancellations of presentations after 31 December 2021 are considered as a no-show and the presenter/submitter risks a ban from presenting at EAGE events for the next 3 years.
If you have to withdraw after the deadline, please submit the Presenter Confirmation Form and, when possible, add a remark on the reason you have to withdraw. These remarks will be considered when the decision is made about the no-show status.
