The virtual presentations will be broadcasted in our virtual portal. This portal will be open to all presenters and registered attendees prior to the start of the event.

All presenters will receive login details to the portal, as well as an information to join their specific session as a presenter. Please read the instructions in these messages carefully! 

Make sure to join the session you will present in 15 min before it starts to familiarise yourself with the online system. 

Each speaker has a total of 20 minutes for their presentation and Q&A session. You will give a live presentation using your powerpoint slides unless you have indicated that your pre-recorded video should be streamed instead. After your presentation, the session chair will start the Q&A with questions submitted by the audience
