EEGS and EAGE are excited to build on the excellent program of abstracts, extended abstracts, posters, and presentations from 2020.
All approved abstracts from 2020 may be edited during the call for abstracts period through this portal using the username and password created when the abstract was originally submitted. All authors have received an email with the options available for their abstracts as well as instructions on how to proceed. You can already revise your abstract by clicking on the button below and logging in to the submission portal.
New abstracts may also be submitted here by following the guidelines below. We look forward to hearing from you and meeting together in the spring!

Submission Guidelines
All abstracts that were accepted for SAGEEP 2020 and the 1st Munitions Response Meeting will remain approved for the online conference in 2021. Authors will also be given the opportunity to update their abstracts through the same submission portal. No additional fees are necessary for existing, approved abstracts.During the limited abstract submission period (16 November - 14 December 2020), authors can submit a short (one page, text only) abstract or an extended abstract (approximately 4 pages in PDF format). All abstracts must be uploaded via the submission portal by 14 December 2020.
