Log in to the online platform by using the login details we have emailed to you.
Make sure to log in with enough time to find your way around the platform and to join your sessions of interest. Once you are logged in, you will enter the Virtual Lobby.
To attend a session, first select the day, which can be found on the navigation bar, below the welcome video, and then select the session you wish to attend.Enter the session at least 5 minutes before the start time.
Click "Join now".
Each presenter has an 8-minute slot which should include:
5-minute live summary of the presentation: just a refresher for those who have watched the recorded video.
3-minute live Q&A guided by the session chair(s).
If speakers want to use more/less time for their highlights, the Q&A time will be adjusted according to the time left.
When attending the event as a speaker, you will appear on the main stage (Control Room) and your microphone & camera will be switched on. The chair of the session will welcome everyone and introduce all speakers in the session.
Use a headset for a better user experience for you and the viewers.
Mute your microphone when it's not your turn to present/speak.
Keep in mind that there is a delay of about 20 seconds between what you are presenting and what the delegates attending the live session see and hear.
When switching to the "Live Preview", you will see what viewers see but with the 20-second delay.
Always stay in the "Control Room" when presenting.

VPN should be disconnected (unless you are located in China).
If you are located in the People's Republic of China, then an additional VPN connection is required to access our online event platform.
If you do not have access to a VPN connection or if the one you use does not give you access to the event platform, the following list includes a number of compatible VPN providers, with various fees and options:

Please keep in mind that if you need to use a personal VPN connection, you will need to arrange that yourself ahead of the event.
► I am using a VPN but am not located in the PRC and I cannot access the live sessions. What can I do?
If you are using VPN and are not located in the PRC, then it is advised to switch this off.
► I logged in from my office but can’t access the platform. What can I do?
If you log in from your office, your company may have a network with a high security gateway. We recommend you log in from your home network to avoid any such issues on the platform.
